The Morgan & French story began in 2006 as FingerPrint Jewellery, by Lisa Morgan, our creative director. Lisa developed the concept of FingerPrint jewellery and went on to bring out several brand new ranges of jewellery for her loyal army of customers.

With their support she was encouraged to work on new and more creative designs that took personalised jewellery to the next level. She designed new ranges around customers' children's drawings which took them from the fridge door and turned them into fabulous silver charms, and their children's little hand and footprints were made into wonderful sterling silver cufflinks for Daddy, these ranges widely known as Ten Tiny Toes and Little Picassos are still very much sought after gifts.

Morgan & French create beautiful, individual and meaningful pieces of personalised jewellery, crafted with love and care by the same team of passionate designers and silversmiths from our Bedfordshire studio. We are fiercely proud of our British heritage and we are utterly dedicated to creating each piece from scratch to ensure every item of personalised jewellery is as unique as the person we are creating it for.

Our Solid Gold Fingerprint Ring is a beautiful way to keep the touch of a loved one with you even when you're apart.

After we receive your prints, we set to work. We will take the centre interesting 'whorly' section of your fingerprint and deep engrave it into a 9ct or 18ct gold ring, made to your size. We can engrave one fingerprint, covering half of the ring, or two fingerprints covering all of the ring with a small polished gap between the prints - the choice is yours.

You might like to add some special words to the inside of your ring, too. Just let us know when placing your order what you'd like (up to 25 letters, including spaces).
